Who we are
This policy explains how Sharing Food Catering Services handles personal information collected through this website and catering enquiries. For privacy questions, contact us using the email shown below.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, telephone number, email, organisation, guest count, event date, venue and catering preferences. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate requested services and maintain related records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Where consent is needed for an additional use, we request it separately.
Service providers and disclosures
Relevant information may be processed by authorised staff and providers supporting website hosting, enquiry management, communications and event delivery. Our website uses Odoo to manage enquiries. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish or protect legal rights.
Cookies and external services
The website uses technical cookies for functions such as sessions and language preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect website functions. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other external services are governed by those providers’ privacy policies.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the purposes described here and applicable record-keeping requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect information; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable legal exceptions.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or our practices. The current version is published on this page.
